In 2012 when the SCOP Pipeline diverts the first drop of highly treated effluent away from the Las Vegas Wash and deeper into Lake Mead, we will be ready. The Boulder Basin Adaptive Management Plan is directed by federal, state and local stakeholders to operate SCOP and coordinate activities to protect drinking water, recreation and wildlife in Lake Mead and downstream. |
